What does the Installation & Troubleshooting package feature? Which services in particular could VPS and dedicated server users benefit from?
Aside from having more resources, a good reason why you can get your own server and use it instead of a shared Internet hosting plan is the fact that you can install and run a wide variety of software. With a shared account, you could use programs, that do not require root access and are not set up server-side, so when you require certain software for your websites, you can't install it on a shared server. This is not the case with a server of your own where you'll be able to install anything you would like. The downside is that you may not have much experience and dealing with your own server is more complicated that managing a shared hosting account in which the company manages most things. This is why we offer another service for our hosting server plans called Installation & Troubleshooting and you can make use of it any time you come across any issues with the supervision of your machine.

Installation and Troubleshooting in VPS Servers
The upgrade features 60 minutes of custom work on your server, so if you obtain any one of our VPS servers solutions, you could benefit from this service and have our administrators carry out various tasks which you are unable to do yourself or you have no time. They'll install and set up any piece of third-party software for you in case the installation is complicated or they can troubleshoot any application that does not operate properly for some reason. Any remaining time will remain available in your account for the future and you can see how many minutes are left in your billing CP. Our Managed Services upgrade includes half an hour of custom work on your hosting server too, but just in case you require more than that, you could always add the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade with several clicks through the billing area.
- Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers
The upgrade is available with all of our dedicated servers and provided you add it, our skilled administrators shall be able to help you with everything on your hosting server. For example setting up any third-party software which you may want to use on the hosting server and troubleshooting any script which functions inadequately or doesn't run at all. Our upgrade provides sixty minutes of work and in the event that a specific task isn't very time-consuming, we will add the remaining time to your account. You shall be able to check out how many minutes are left within your billing Control Panel and use them whenever you need help again. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade can be purchased at any moment, so in case you need something to be installed in the very beginning, you'll be able to add it to your order during the sign up procedure, while if you require help later, you'll be able to add it from the server billing area. Half an hour of custom work are provided with our Managed Services pack too, but just in case you require additional work to be performed on the hosting server, the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade shall be a guarantee that your apps shall be installed and set up in the very best possible way. - Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers
